The Wintegreat Programs
We have created innovative empowerment programs dedicated to refugees, which aim to foster their talents. Our network of volunteers play a daily role in helping refugees to bounce back, find a job, and start up a new life.
Co-founder of Wintegreat and gap year student in Master in Management at ESCP Europe, Théo had the willingness to provide a pragmatic and inclusive solution to the so-called refugee crisis in Europe. Also musician, he loves when creativity and impact meet.

Former VP analyst at Iris Capital, Mathilde has a vast entrepreneurial knowledge since she lead a 60 employees team in Africa when she was working at Rocket Internet. Her involvement in solving societal and environmental issues brought her to Wintegreat.

Enthusiast and commited volunteer, Thomas is an ESCP Europe alumnus. Thanks to a strong experience acquired in startups and big corporates like Sony, Thomas always finds creative paths to bring value to the custommer and consistenltly improve client experience.
